Hello! You have a reservation booked at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for Lotusphere 2008...
While we all have confirmed reservations, I would strongly recommend that you call Experient to make sure. You might even want to call the hotel directly to confirm, too (one can't have too many confirmations, right?). It will take some stress out of checking in. And it is easier to discover any issues now, and correct them, than while you are standing at the check-in counter.
And don't forget to confirm your flights, too.

That's the reverse of an email I got the other day. Our local IBM sales rep sent me an email asking if me and my co-worker were registered for Lotusphere! She didn't see our names on any list. I of course called customer server to verify that we are all registered, but still, that was a little concerning
