It looks like more rooms are being made available as registrations increase. Or people are cancelling. But I think it is the former.
Make your hotel reservations before you get closed out of Disney properties (not that there is anything wrong with any other property).

Given I didn't get any of my sessions accepted, I have decided to drop my reservation at the Dolphin, pending some internal discussion about if we need the rooms or not.
My 2nd hotel which I prefer is a little further from the show but I save over $130/nt so it's well worth it.

Interesting way to look at hotel reservations, Keith. I can certainly understand the need for cheaper rates, but don't you find the logistics a bit daunting sometimes? Off site must mean some pretty long days, I would imagine.
