First thing this morning, I was told "webmail doesn't work" by one user. Since this was only person, and the Help Desk hadn't routed any calls to us, I asked "What browser are you using?" The answer: "I upgraded to Firefox 4 last night. Full iNotes doesn't work, but I can get Lite to work. Kind of." A quick search of the Lotus Support site revealed an APAR (registration is required to view the document).
A little more digging and searching, another link was provided by one of the other Messaging Admins:
In the meantime, the user has gone back to Firefox 3.

Local fix
None, Firefox 4 is still in Beta and is not currently supported with any release of iNotes. Support is tentatively targeted for 8.5.3 and possibly a FP for 8.5.2

"Lotus need to create a support document for their users, explaining how to whitelist sites for XUL use, until they finally remove the need for XUL from iNotes / provide an update to users. This is something only IBM/Lotus can do and you would need to chase them up via their own support channels."
In the meantime, the user has gone back to Firefox 3.
